With over 30 years of hands-on ERP experience, Tim founded TSB Consultants with a clear mission: to help businesses unlock the full potential of Epicor®.

As both CEO and lead consultant, Tim brings a unique balance of strategic vision and technical expertise. His approach is simple but powerful: listen first, collaborate closely, and deliver solutions. Known for his ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes, Tim has built a reputation for streamlining financial operations.

Susanne Ebsen-Burns

CFO

Susanne serves as the Chief Financial Officer, providing the financial leadership and operational structure that supports our continued growth. She brings a steady, detail-driven approach to resource planning, vendor relations, and day-to-day business operations.

Her ability to bring order to complex processes and maintain strategic focus makes her an essential part of the leadership team. She works closely with the founder to guide long-term direction and uphold the company’s commitment to high-quality and client-focused services.

Paul Burns

Director of IT

Paul serves as the Director of IT, overseeing our technical strategy and infrastructure. With a strong background in data architecture, system integrations, and project management, he ensures every deployment is grounded in reliable systems, clean data, and scalable technology.

He plays a key role in configuring environments, validating data, supporting system performance, and aligning technical execution with the operational needs of each client.
